You are entitled to cancel your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Please note that processing times are approximately 5-10 business days. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
We want you to love your Par x Design piece. Every print is crafted with care, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or flawed, please contact us at info@parxdesign.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right. Standard returns (if applicable) must be initiated within 30 days.
Resolutions may include, at the sole discretion of Par x Design:
Replacement of the item
Issuance of store credit
A partial or full refund

Items not damaged or defective are generally not eligible for return.
For oversized prints or framed artworks, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs if a return is authorized.
All returns must be shipped back in their original or equivalent protective packaging.
Par x Design will always aim to find a fair and reasonable solution; however, a full refund is not guaranteed in every case.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
